Resistant to fire and bacteria: the FRASER firefighter boot
Did you know? Only 5-10 percent of rescue station operations actually have a connection to fire, the majority (over 50 percent) are of a technical or medical nature. So contact with heat and flames is rare, but with blood and bodily fluids all the more often. If you want to reduce the risk of viruses and bacteria, you need extra protection. This is where the GORE-TEX CROSSTECH® membrane comes into play. It is in the inner lining of our FRASER Pro BOA® GTX High ESD HI3 CI Type F1PA. It is a membrane technology that is light and durable and reliably fends off pathogens.
Nonetheless, this ESD-capable boot is also strong in the fight against heat and fire, because the upper material is made of fire-resistant cowhide, all seams are heat-resistant and the insole is our FIREFIGHTERS insole, level 2. In addition, there is a steel cap, metal-free penetration protection, TPU overcap and BOA® Fit System, the fastener that keeps the boots firmly on the foot. If you also want to have full control over any type of ground, the coarse-treaded RUBBER/PU POWERGRIP sole is the perfect choice because it offers perfect slip resistance. Available in sizes 35 to 50.
