The lighter the shoe, the less inertia the body has to overcome. At under 400 grams, the TAVIXX XXFE black Low ESD S1PS is an ultralight safety shoe that consistently puts this principle into practice. Every step requires less effort, noticeably relieving strain on muscles, joints, and the back – a crucial advantage during long workdays involving a lot of movement, standing, or walking.
To achieve this low weight, we rely on lightweight materials: a mesh upper, breathable textile lining, a carbon toecap, and metal-free penetration protection. The sole also plays a key role, as the TPU/eTPU WELLMAXX FEEL sole is noticeably lighter than classic PU or rubber soles.

The eTPU midsole is made entirely of BASF's Infinergy® material. This consists of microscopically small, foamed particles that are fused together. The result is a very high air content and a significantly lower material density. This means the midsole doesn't need to be thin to save weight – its structure makes it lightweight. Furthermore, the continuous Infinergy® midsole provides enhanced cushioning and high energy return. The TPU outsole, with its special tread pattern, also offers excellent slip resistance (SR-certified).

The ESD-compatible and FO-certified super-lightweight shoe can be ordered in sizes 36 to 47.
