Particle foams based on thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) have never been used as efficiently as here. The LIVAS black-blue Low ESD S1P has plenty of it in the midsole. And EVA. EVA is the abbreviation for ethylene vinyl acetate, a plastic not dissimilar to rubber, heat-resistant and tough. It also has a dampening effect. We have named this mixture of two, which is achieved through a special foaming, TRANSFOAMER. RUBBER sole coating sprayed underneath, a top safety shoe is ready. With the upper material made of mesh, a multi-talented synthetic fibre, this shoe is very, very light and extremely resistant at the same time. The plastic cap that covers the toe area is made of carbon fiberglass. That makes him a lot easier. The penetration protection is made of textile, which of course also helps to reduce weight. Just like steel penetration protection, this can prevent the penetration of sharp objects, but due to the finer processing options it covers more of the sole of the foot. Breathable textile lining provides the feet with a top shoe climate. All day.
It is also SRC-certified, i.e. extremely slip-resistant and ESD-capable, so it can be used in electrostatically sensitive work areas. It is supplied in sizes 36 to 48.
