Return Policy

Should the article delivered be defective, the notice of visible defects has to be submitted in written form. It should be made and proved within 10 days after receipt of goods. The goods subject to a notice of defect may only be sent back to the manufacturer with their approval, unless we have not responded to the notice of defect within 10 days. Returns that do not meet the manufacturer policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. Inspection will be carried out to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing of refund. Your refund will be credited to your initial form of payment in 14 business days after return approval. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free return shipping to anyone outside Germany at this time.
